Fiat is an international automotive group that designs, produces and sells vehicles for the mass market under the Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Abarth and Fiat Professional brands, as well as luxury and performance vehicles under the Ferrari and Maserati brands. Fiat has further expanded its global reach through its alliance with Chrysler Group, whose product portfolio includes the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and SRT vehicles and Mopar after-sales services and products.
The Group also operates in the components sector, through Magneti Marelli and Teksid, and in the production systems sector, through Comau.

Group Profile

Following the acquisition of a majority interest in Chrysler Group, the operational integration of the two groups has been accelerated to create a single strong, competitive global automaker with some of the most innovative and advanced technologies in the world. With combined shipments of more than four million vehicles in 2012, the Group ranks as the seventh largest automaker globally.
